Can’t connect to the servers

Every time I try to sign in I get stuck at the sign in/ connection page and after a while trying to connect I get the message that I can’t connect due to the ps network, it’s like this for both marathon and destiny 2. I tried a bunch of troubleshooting methods and checked my ps network and everything is fine. I can run other games not by bungie it’s just these, I tried another account and that didn’t work either

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out.

Could you try the following troublehshooting steps:

    1. Full restart your PS5,
    • Power your PS5 fully off (not Rest Mode), wait 30 seconds, then turn it back on. Launch Marathon again and try signing in.
    1. Check PSN & game service status
    • Check PlayStation Network Service Status for your region. Also check marathonthegame.com or Bungie Help social channels for any ongoing outage info.
    1. Network reset
    • Power-cycle your modem or router (unplug 30–60 seconds, plug back in). Once internet is back, test another online game to confirm it connects, then try Marathon again.
    1. Sign-out / sign-in on PS5
    • On PS5: Settings → Users and Accounts → Sign Out. Reboot the console, sign back into your PSN account, then start Marathon.
    • Try another network (if possible)

If the above steps didn't help, and you are receiving an Error Code, please take a screenshot and add it to this thread.

  • this also happens to me on xbox. help us
