borrowed items not being returned after 48hrs

Bungie Account Name - AngryMapleSucc#2018 Platform - Steam Description of Issue - 2 days days ago i brought in roughly 5 or 6 purple shields for my friend we exfilled and didnt die, he still had the shield on and none of them have been returned to me over 48hrs later we did 6 or 7 runs like that and only died on 1. now that cryo and ranked are out i could really use those shields and its getting really frustrating checking my mail everyday and not seeing them  Rough Date and Time of issue - over a few hours of play 2 days ago 03/19/2026
