Unique Bug Bricked My Marathon Login Across Any Windows Machine (FIRST TIME EVER HEARD OF BUG, NO SOLUTION YET)

TL;DR - i happened to have bricked my marathon account login, somehow, by optimising graphics through the game settings on a portable gaming windows 11 device.

LOGIN CRASH BUG: Game Crashes right before showing Menu Character Screen. BEFORE YOU DISMISS THIS, yes there are plenty of game crashing bugs. however this is different because MY LOGIN will crash on ANY MACHINE. Yes, i logged in with my Steam account into a windows 10 as well as windows 11 machine, logging in across the world with the help of a friend, and the exact same crash occurs. THIS MEANS THIS IS NOT A USER SOLVABLE ISSUE. This rules out any driver errors, any machine settings or compatibility issues, since it was attempted on 3 completely different machine, environment, install or Windows driver/component ecosystem. Yes i reinstalled drivers, yes i reinstalled windows, yes i downgraded from windows 11 to 10 to attempt to play marathon. The crash behaves the EXACT SAME.

THERE IS NOTHING THAT I AS A POWER USER CAN DO. I NEED THE HELP OF A MARATHON DEV TO LOOK INTO THIS, PLEASE.

Let me describe the circumstances of leading up to this.

First of all im removing the first plausible scenario, No this is not a Ban of any kind, I have not broken any ToS, nor was there any indication that there is a ban, either steam, nor battle eye prompt, no error code, etc. I dont cheat in PvP games. Also, I assume that if i was banned by bungie, i would also be banned from Destiny 2 but i can login and play D2 just fine.

This is more likely to be caused by the following optimization gymnastics i tried on a windows handheld gaming device (Lenovo Legion Go) to try and play marathon on it.

What happened before the unique crash bug:

I install Marathon on my Legion Go (has One chip for graphics and computing, the AMD Z1 Extreme) and I attempt to optimize graphics to be as little demanding as possible in an experiment to understand the terrible performance that marathon is currently suffering from, due to NVIDIA drivers not working for it, assuming that an AI chip that is optimized to carry both CPU and GPU loads as One, might somehow work better.

No Legion go is NOT a Linux machine. Its a Windows 11 machine, capable of playing Destiny 2 at 60fps reliably.

Anyway, as i load into Marathon on the handheld, the game runs at 50-60fps in the menu, so its already an indication that gameplay wont run well. I go into my inventory and i open up the graphics settings ingame. (IMPORTANT TO NOTE: NONE OF THE ITEMS IN MY INVENTORY HAVE ANY ICONS. THE ITEM BOXES ARE THEIR RARITY COLOR, WITH NO WEAPON MODEL CONTAINED IN THEM) so i lower the render resolution to 80 and change antialiasing between Intel XeSS, into nvidia DLSS, into CMAA, where CMAA shows the best results (constant 60fps) and i go back and forth into my inventory menu to see any changes when i switch to CMAA though... the game crashes. I start the game up again, and i am starting to encounter the bug i was describing in the beginning. I give up optimising marathon for my handheld and i hop back on my PC.

The exact same bug, where i crash right before i load into my menu, occurs on my Gaming Tower PC that plays marathon reliably. The game has worked on my Tower PC since launch and i played for 160 hours with occasional common recoverable crashes. Now its crashing the same way it did on my handheld.

I reinstall the game. i reinstall Steam. i reinstall windows and decide to roll back from windows 11 to windows 10 LTSC. i reinstall the game and the same crash occurs with no difference whatsoever.

I begin to suspect that this has something to do with some sort of cloud settings that marathon, or maybe the tiger engine, is saving for each user, across devices, regardless of what machine they use.

So i ask a friend that i trust, to log into my steam account to test this theory. they stream the login for me, and the exact same crash occurs, same loading time and timing. Game fades to black, crashes right before menu screen (where youre supposed to see your character and menu)

My Specs: ryzen 7 5800x, 32gb ddr4, 1tb ssd, nvidia 3070ti -  for reference i average 100-110 frames on dire marsh during a rainstorm.

Streaming is not causing this, Discord Overlays are not causing this, Apps are not causing this, Software is not causing this, No solution for crashes works, No software or application on my machine is relevant at all to this issue because simply trying to Launch Marathon across the world on a completely different PC and Software and Driver Environment, will produce the same results.

Please help me Marathon Dev Team.
