Codex not registering Legendary / Contraband loot exfil'd properly

- Platform - Steam
- Description of Issue - We exfiled the compiler alongside some legendary loot but it only registered as an exfil on the person who had it in their inventory. We got the credits shared across the team but not the codex progress. Multi was the team mate that exfiled the items
- Rough Date and Time of issue - 21st March 2026 12:45am UK time
- Repro steps - Exfil with legendary/Contraband loot
