Gear loss due to server issues.

Hello. We encountered a problem after successfully extracting from the raid in the Living Swamp. My friend (his nickname is УрурутАхахаев#9005) lost all his gear after successfully extracting, both the gear he entered the raid with and the gear we found in it. After the extraction, there was some loading, after which a window popped up asking him to click "return to lobby" or "cancel." He clicked "return to lobby," and then lost all his gear. This was most likely a server issue, as we also noticed some lag. Could you at least return the gear he entered the raid with?
