Hello
The fix I came up with: Updating your BIOS (from mobo manufacturers website via flash drive) and Intel Management Engine (also from mobo manufacturers website and NOT from intel website)
After that I suggest also: Go to the location where your game is installed, for me its C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Marathon\battleye
Right click on Uninstall_BattlEye -> Run as Administrator -> uninstall it
Then Right click on Install_BattlEye -> Run as Administrator -> install it
You can also just delete the insides of this folder and game/steam will redownload it back.
Also make sure are your firmware is updated. Fully. Every possible driver.
If that doesnt work then I am out of ideas and this probably needs official fix.

Commenting to help keep these posts at the top. Also have same issue since last update. Updating BIOS and all drivers did not help.
Yeah same, Updating Bios and cpu updates did not work. really hoping for official fix!!
