No exfils spawned on Cryo Archive
Just did a run of Cryo Archive, got level 3 clearance, but no exfils spawned the entire game and a final exfil didn’t appear, still had the matter transfer pop up at the end but there wasn’t an exfil the entire match. Lost some great loot because of it. Very frustrating.

We understand you ran into difficulty exfiling from Cryo Archive. Please note that you need to interact with a terminal in order to activate the exfil on the map. If, however, you believe you're encountering a bug, then please consider recording a videoclip of what you experience and uploading it to a site like Youtube. You can then link us to the clip here and we'll review it.
We understand that as we had done it previously in a prior game, there were no terminal pop ups however. I’ll try and upload a video to YouTube and link but my internet is very slow
In the same team. There were no exfit terminal pop-ups throughout the game, nor at final exfil. Loading video but have a screenshot of the map during fnial exfil which has no terminals which was the same view for the entire game
Here's a video of our first run of Cryo Archive. Activating the scanner terminal didn't do anything.
Later on we found a second scanner terminal which also did nothing at all. No message, no error, no exfils on map.
In the end we just ran out of time. If another crew activated an exfil, we never saw any notification about it.

The same thing just happened to my team. With Security Clearance 3, we hit scanners all around the map. We hit at least 4 scanners, including northeast, northwest, and southwest, but no Exfil Terminal appeared. We simply could not find an exfil despite activating numerous scanning terminals while at Clearance 3.
Could we at least know if this is an intended feature? Perhaps there are only a limited number of exfils available?
Just occurred to the team I was with.
Interacted with 4 scanners around the map with over 4 minutes left while we had level 3 security clearance.
No notifications that an exfil was in progress.
No exfils populated on the map.
My bungie ID is SWIFFLEE#2853.
I didn't record this entire fiasco, but it's the last run I'll be playing on cryo archive until this is addressed.
Same thing happened to us twice. The second time we crossed the map just in case it was a distance thing but nope. It's bugged

Damn, I thought we were alone with this issue. Got security clearance 5, the map was empty the whole game… That’s kinda frustrating we washed the whole lobby (12 kills and tried to team up with the last squad to find an exfil cause they had thé same issue), got around 40K each inventory value. We legit bring our last loadout on this run. An answer would be really appréciated BUNGIE team, get my stuff back, same for my friends as well. Cheers.
Similar experience to the rest of folks in the thread:
-Acquire security clearance level 3
-Scan for Exfil
-No Exfils show up, but 4 computer terminals do show up
-Go to 3/4 computer terminals, they do not reveal an exfil they just give you more security clearance
-Lose Everything
What are we missing? Based on the instructions I’ve been able to find an exfil should have been revealed. Was it the last computer terminals we didn’t make it to that would’ve revealed an exfil? There were about 5 minutes left in the run, I know the final exfil has different rules, but do the rules also change depending on how much time is left? Additional note, we personally killed the other 4 teams on the map, so if its true that only 5 spawn in Cryo then that means no one exfilled, so it can’t be that there’s a limit to the exfils? An explanation to help us understand these nuances, or if the game is just broken, would be very helpful.
J'avais un gros butin et pendant toute ma partie je n'est jamais pu m'exfiltrer et même l'exfiltration finale sans repère sir ma carte très fustrer j'ai le goût de supprimer le jeu parce que sais vraiment dur comme map et j’ai perdu 30min vraiment déçu du jeu pour un tel bug
Just came into this as well. Had the best loot my team has ever had. We were just shy of lvl 4 ffs and scanned the terminals about 20 times, Nothing. The most frustrating experience I’ve I had in gaming in awhile. If you’re going to have mechanics like this at least make sure the function properly. I saved the video as well if you’re interested in seeing it bungie
