Still constant crashing with no fix.
After the last patch I have been having the constant crashing while on a run. I have updated everything including flashing my bios. There has been 5 other post from the devs on discord about other issues but zero word on if a fix is really being done. The devs are ignoring a problem that is making the game unplayable by a significant amount of people. Buying a game and not being able to play the first major content release is unacceptable. I have reported the game broken on steam and I doubt we will ever it a fix.

Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out. We're sorry to hear you're dealing with this frustrating situation.
We can confirm the team has received reports of crashes of this nature and is looking into the situation. We appreciate your understanding.
I have zero understanding left, fix the game or offer a refund.
I think we will eventually get a fix, but the lack of commutation is concerning. I mean one slide cancel exploit gets posted and they remove it the same day but still have not acknowledged the bug that is causing the crashing. Unless you go to Bungies Community Forum and look through other peoples complaints there's no other announcement of them knowing and fixing of the situation.
The same copy pasted "we are looking into it" is the same as nothing at all, I have been posting on discord and on these forums since it has happened and its been the same thing over and over. The community managers have time to make sure post hyping cryo/ranked go out. This is the first season of the game, are there going to have problems like this every season? Do I have to randomly worry every season could be cut short for me after a patch? I think people wouldn't be so upset if they acknowledged the problem after the patch. But they have burned up all the good will that was built up at this point.
you got an intel Ultra CPU?
Yes I have an ultra, like so many other people in discord flashing our bios hasn't fixed the problem. It has been posted about on these forums/discord a ton already.
Like what is the devs timeline that "looking into" changes to "fixing".
Hello
The fix I came up with: Updating your BIOS (from mobo manufacturers website via flash drive) and Intel Management Engine (also from mobo manufacturers website and NOT from intel website)
After that I suggest also: Go to the location where your game is installed, for me its C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Marathon\battleye
Right click on Uninstall_BattlEye -> Run as Administrator -> uninstall it
Then Right click on Install_BattlEye -> Run as Administrator -> install it
You can also just delete the insides of this folder and game/steam will redownload it back.
Also make sure are your firmware is updated. Fully. Every possible driver.
If that doesnt work then I am out of ideas and this probably needs official fix.
Tommy.
As I have already said, I have everything up to date and have flashed my bios. I have been in the marathon discord since the patch dropped troubleshooting this with other people. The only thing left I could possibly do is reinstall my OS. I get people want to help troubleshoot this, but its so clearly a problem with the game/anti cheat. If the devs want to ignore this and not fix anything then just admit it and give us a refund.
It is problem with the anticheat brother. I dont think reinstalling the OS would do anything.
I know that, the point I am making is that I am out of things to fix on my end. And its why I brought up the anti cheat. I get you want to help, but copy and pasting the same thing you have posted in every other thread and in discord isn't helping. I clearly said I have flashed my bios and have everything up to date. All I want is some accountability from the devs.
Commenting to support this post. Same issues persist for me after updating everything i possibly can.
