Lost gear

Reposting again because I don’t see how this was my issue when you yourselves said:

“In the event that an error occurs with Bungie’s server or network infrastructure, connection recovery may not be possible. We will attempt to ensure that any players affected by a server error will have their starting gear returned to them.”

Which is exactly what happened, I got booted mid game saying it was a server issue and reconnecting to the server was not possible it just kept saying “continue waiting” and it only brought me back when the game was over. Someone should’ve already looked into that by now.

Description of Issue - Was in middle of run, my internet was perfectly fine didn’t have any issues and yet I was booted mid game with a prompt to “continue waiting “ and didn’t reconnect till game was over costing me all my gear.

Rough Date and Time - March 15, 2026 I want to say around 7-730pm central

Repro Steps - All I remember was one of the hovering enemies that latches on to you spotted one of my teammates and then I was just booted
