Marathon fails to launch

Platform - Steam
Description of Issue - Game fails to launch, I'm struck without any response from the game on the screen below. I've verified the installed files, cleared steam cache... been hanging like this for 20+ minutes now without response. Task manager doesn't say game is not responsive... I had no issues playing/launching like 15 hrs ago...
Rough Date and Time of issue - 20/03/2026 17:40 CET
Repro steps -
1. Launch game from steam
2. Wait
3. Login loading screen hangs
