No Clip behind ladder at flight control pinwheel

- Description of Issue - After finishing someone in the Northeast ladder to pinwheel at flight control I was no clipped through the wall into an unescapable box
- Rough Date and Time of issue - 9:05 PM EST 3/19
- Repro steps - Finish someone while in the cubby with the ladder
