Exfilling not finalized bug (Outpost)

Hi Bungie Support Team,

My friend and I did an Outpost run and queue with another player. We unlocked the processing room since I had a key and most of us had blue/purple loot to start with (I had purple armor along with majority purple items same with my buddy).
We also breached pinwheel, fought some teams/rooks, fought the gold warden, and upon exfilling with the whole crew, we exfilled and the game briefly had us in 3rd person for a couple of seconds after the exfil and then proceeded with the black screen and red error showing to continue the match or return to lobby.
Will there be a fix for this? This kinda tilted both my friend and myself and I am pretty sure the random player that was our 3rd crew member which by they way is deaf (his/her name literally says DEAFENED, PING! lol). 

Luckily I recorded this session and be happy to provide it as well if needed, screenshots of the recording attached. Recorded with the AMD GPU software so it shows the timestamps as well.
1st is the start of the match, 2nd is the loot I acquired, 3rd is the black screen after exfil, and 4th is the ERROR code which after clicking dismiss, shows two options which are Return to Lobby and Continue Waiting. We clicked Continue Waiting multiple times and waiting enough time after final exfil, restarted the match, and tried again, but ultimately, lost everything.
