Thank you for your report.
We understand you lost loot despite extracting. This does sound strange to us. So that we can look into this, could you please clarify the following:
Once we have this information, we will review and see what other details we may need for further investigation.
Lost everything too, also around the same time. The game proceeded to loop the last error over ten minutes as I waited, but I heard from friends that it was unrecoverable, so I backed out.

I actually wasn't displayed any error messages. I finished the run using the final exfil (although myself and team mate were both downed), was displayed the normal screen where your loot is auto-sold/summarised/ As I finished a contract I went ahead and collected the rewards. Went to set up for my next run and realised my gear & inventory was completely empty. I remember specifically during the run I obtained 11 Unstable Gel and a couple of good weapons - checked my vault and my loot wasn't there either! Must have been around 8.45pm UK time. No footage unfortunately, I'm playing on xbox so not easily obtainable?
As I mentioned the odd thing was that both myself and team mate were downed while we extracted (neither of us bled out, both of us were downed around 3-5 seconds before the extract). he kept his loot however my gear & inventory were cleared)
