Accidental Premium Reward Claimed

Hello, I can't find the direct tech support page for this request. Where is it? Really hard to find! But I accidentally claimed the wrong Rewards Pass item that I really don't want in my inventory! Can someone help refund the Silk and remove the item? It was on page 4 of the Reward Pass. The Achromatic Rush Copperhead Weapon style. I meant to claim the Passive Rose V85 Circuit Breaker! Please help. I was trying to be really careful about not claiming items I didn't want. Really not happy with most of the Reward Pass choices this time really anyway. I was really just trying to get to page 5 so I could get the Deconstruction Conquest LMG weapon style, since I hate the default look for that weapon. Thanks.
