Match not finalized error on exfil

Last night my squad and I successfully exfiled and upon exfil it went to a screen saying our match wasn't finalized and we could either continue waiting or go to the menu and lose our gear. This happened to everyone in our squad. We tried hitting continue waiting and restarting the game and it still says continue waiting. I tried again today, still says continue waiting. I'm not willing to lose my gear, we left that run with blue and purple loadouts. I will be requesting a refund from steam if I can't get into the game without losing everything I worked for, for no reason. How do we fix this?
