Can't find a match. Entire SA region is locked outside Matchmaking. We need a Region picker or a refund for everyone in the region.

I’ve never experienced issues like this in any other online game. Honestly, the fact that there’s been no in-depth response beyond a basic acknowledgment is just bewildering 

An entire region is locked outside matchmaking, we basically can't play the game, queue times are going from 10 minutes to 7 HOURS, this is ridiculous!
