movement softlock

Description of Issue: When entering the raid, I encountered a softlock on my runner, which resulted in my death. At first, I couldn't move at all. I tried changing the layout, resetting the control settings, but nothing helped. Then I was able to move, but I was moving very slowly, which was unplayable. Ultimately, I was killed and was wasting my resources.
Rough Date and Time of issue: 19.03.2026 \ March 19, 2026
Repro steps: I'm not sure, but it might be because I was pressing the movement buttons while loading into the raid, I just didn't do anything else.

We understand you experienced a movement soft lock in Marathon. We can imagine the impact that this may have had. For our investigation, could you kindly let us know which movement buttons you were pressing when this occurred? For instance, were the buttons sprint, or only that which you use to generally move? Clarify this for us and we'll review, thanks.
I only pressed the walk buttons to start the run faster, I didn't press the sprint buttons, etc.
