Can’t find a match
Hello! It sometimes takes me 10 minutes to find a match, and often I can’t find one at all—I just get an “oregano” or “quince” error. And this with team or solo. I’m playing on PS5, using a wired connection, with NAT 2, and following all of Bungie’s recommendations. I’m playing from Brazil. I’m seriously considering asking for a refund for this game because, even though it’s fantastic, I can’t play it.

We have received reports of players experiencing these issues. At this time, we're looking into what's causing this. Your patience and understanding while this situation persists is appreciated.
The entire region of SA is locked out of playing the game, been seeing reports all over for the past week or so, the system that would match us to NA servers got disabled for some reason, I'm almost getting PROCON in this, Cryo, ranked it's all releasing soon and it's not fixed yet.
It's literally making a game we bought LITERALLY unplayable
If Bungie didn't plan to have a server here, why did they release the game in our region? What is the company's official stance? Is there a timeline for when this will be fixed?
