Anteater error code upon exfil. Loss of over 70k in loot.

Description of Issue - Ever since the balance update on 3/17, my trio and I cannot exfil reliably, as anytime we do so, after we leave without dying, the screen goes to spectate mode rather than the post exfil screen. This then leads to an anteater error code. We are all on wired connections, open NAT type, and have 100+ hours played together as a team. This did not happen a single time prior to the update, and now its nearly every run. We have lost over 70k worth in gear because of this, including a plethora of prestige implants, cores, and weapon mods. Suffice to say, the game is now unplayable for us.
Rough Date and Time of issue - Majority of runs post 3/17/26 update.
