Missing Retained Items
I ran a rook run on outpost and killed a couple players. Upon exfil, I had some items in my overflow, but two very valuable items were missing from my inventory and overflow. The V66 lookout was missing the gold mod that was on it on the extracted screen as well as a Station Maintenance key for Perimeter that I got off somebody's body. Both items have the check mark showing they should've been retained but neither item was in my overflow or exfil when managing my inventory.

As for the recording, I'm not sure what a video would show other than it isn't in my vault. If looking at the match history on my account, it should be the last rook run I did on Outpost.
