Very Low FPS On Load Up

When I launch the game and during all of the boot up screens (PlayStation, Bungie, etc.) I have single digit fps until I get to the main menu where I am able to interact. Is there a fix or setting I need to update? Tried to reinstall, validate files, updated drivers.

    • Rough Date and Time of issue - Let us know roughly when this occurred, especially if it was a crash.,
    • Repro steps - If you know the specific steps you took to cause the issue please try to recreate them step by step.,
