Frame cap working despite being set to off
My friend's game keeps defaulting to framerate capped at 60 fps, we were able to find a workaround by forcing the frame cap, setting it to max value and then disable frame cap, the matter is that, returning to the game the day after, frame cap didn't work again.
I think it should be an easy fix.
