NO MATCHES ON SOUTH AMERICA

Is there any way to change regions? Bought the game today, but im getting 10+ minutes and then not even finding a match. Really wanted to play this after server slam and now I cant even refund the game cause i bought a key for steam.... Please someone help me change region
