SQUIRREL ERROR PROBLEM SAGA CONTINUES

Bungie, please, stop answering with generic answers about this problem. 

Its not only me. Me, from Ukraine, guy from Korea and another guy from Poland, we message and we all got kicked the same time, 17.03.2026 22:00 +-30 min UTC+2 from the game. After we got kicked we cant entry the game NO MATTER WHAT. 

ITS NOT a problem with INTERNET CONNECTION, because with SAME internet connection but ON MY FRIENDS ACCOUNT, I CAN entry marathon without problems. But on MY account, Ukranian account, where i played allready 120 hours I CANT ENTRY the game. SO its not MY problems with internet 100%, cause in that case i would not be able to login into marathon from my friends account too. AND, its STEAM, HOW IT IS EVEN POSSIBLE TO BE NOT LOGGED IN AND RUN THE GAME ON STEAM?????

AND ITS THE SAME PROBLEM LIKE OTHER PEOPLE HAVE DOWN TO THE MINUTE. Multiple people got kicked out AT THE SAME TIME AND SINCE THEN we cant entry the game and getting squirrel error. STOP ANSWERING GENERIC ANSWERS ABOUT UR NETWORK GUIDES. WE TRIED EVERYTHING.

That is just insane, if you wont reply something constructive, me, and all my friends will apply for refund. ITS 100% NOT OUR FAULT WE CANT ENTRY THE GAME.

This is NOT a network issue.

Please escalate this ticket to a technical team.

Facts:
- Multiple users (different countries: Korea, Japan, Poland, Ukraine) were disconnected at the same time
- All of us now receive the same "Squirrel" error
- Other accounts work on the same PC and network
- My account does NOT work even on different PCs
- VPN does not fix the issue

This is clearly an account/session backend issue affecting a group of players.

Please check:
- stuck sessions
- account flags
- authentication service for affected users

I am unable to access the game for more than 24 hours.
