Subject: Feedback regarding movement physics and consumable priority (50+ hours of playtime)
Hello, here are the issues I’ve encountered during my sessions so far:
• Surface Bouncing: I’m not entirely sure if this is a bug, but the physics feel off. When I fail to mantle or climb over an object, the game often propels me backward as if I were performing a reverse double-jump. It feels counterintuitive and the overall handling in these moments is quite frustrating.
• Consumable Selection Issues: I’ve noticed a recurring problem with how healing items and shields are prioritized. Often, when I have both health and shield consumables available, the game seems to ignore my manual selection. For example: if I’m missing a bit of health but my priority is to restore my shields, I hold "4" to open the radial menu and specifically select the shields. However, when I press "4" to apply them, the game uses a health kit instead. It feels as though the game "forces" health restoration if I'm not at 100% HP, preventing me from applying shields when I need them most. This works fine for mechanical kits or other items, but the conflict between health and shields is very disruptive during gameplay
