Game fails to launch ever since update 1.0.0.4 - Steam
Bungie Account Name - uspDiddy#9864
Platform - Steam
Description of Issue - Game tries to launch but crashes to desktop after 10-20 seconds of black screen.
Rough Date and Time of issue - Have been unable to launch and play the game since update 1.0.0.4
Details
When trying to start the game through Steam, BattleEye will initialize after which the game window will open with a black screen, only to close down to desktop after 10-20 seconds. No error message. I had no issues playing during the server slam, in which I clocked about 25 hours and at launch I played about 10 hours, the problem started occurring out of nowhere after update 1.0.0.4 - Nothing in my setup or configuration had been changed. The game still doesn't launch after update 1.0.0.5.
System Spec:
OS: W11 Pro Version 25H2 (Build 26200.8037)

GPU: Nvidia RTX 5080 (Driver 595.79)
Mobo: Gigabyte Aorus Elite Z690 (Latest Bios F33)
RAM: 32gb ddr4

I think I have exhausted all my options / possible sollutions that I could find online and which other people have also tried.
Event Viewer doesn't give me any information on critical errors or crashes regarding steam / marathon / displaydriver.
Order of trying to fix the game not launching (Tried launching the game after every change I made listed below):
- Restart Steam
- Verify integrity of game files
- Reinstall the game
- Update to the latest graphics drivers
- Use DDU to reinstall the latest graphics drivers
- Reinstall BattleEye
- Disable all overlays (Steam/Discord/Nvidia)

- Ran the game with only Steam application open
- Disable Firewall / Add exception to Firewall
- Run Steam / game as administrator
- Run in compatibility mode (W7/W8)
- Disable fullscreen optimizations
- Changed GSYNC settings
- Disabled GSYNC
- Ran an sfc /scannow
- Ran DISM /online /checkhealth /scanhealth /restorehealth
- Ran another sfc /scannow
- Reinstalled the game on a different SSD
- Run the game in windowed mode
- Use launch options in Steam (-high -USEALLAVAILABLECORES -malloc=system -force-feature-level-12-0)
- Rollback to previous graphics drivers
- Uninstall any applications that control RGB (iCue / OpenRGB / MSI center etc)
- Change polling rate on mouse
- Change scaling mode in Nvidia Control Panel (Aspect ration / Full-screen / No scaling)
- Unplug additional monitor
- Updated all motherboard drivers and utilities
- Updated Intel ME Firmware
- Reinstalled Windows 11
- Disabled any overclocks (CPU / XMP)

I've got no instability issues like random system crashes or bluescreens and all other games I play run without any issues or crashes.
