Cannot redeem Premium Rewards voucher

Description of Issue - I have unlocked the knife that comes with the Premium Pass upgrade through the loadout customization screen before I tried to unlock the Premium Pass itself, and now I cannot redeem my Premium Pass Voucher through the Rewards Pass screen. When I click on the "UNLOCK PREMIUM" button on the Rewards Pass screen, the game prompts me to spend Lux instead of letting me use my voucher. I still have the voucher in my vault even after the latest update. I'm assuming the problem is caused by unlocking the knife by itself, outside of the premium pass screen. I have tried disabling and re-enabling the content DLC's and reinstalling the game but it didn't help.
