Equipment slot limit bypass + Infinite loop
Apparently you can bypass the equipment limit stack, for example EMP being 2, you can easily drag 4 into your slot if you do it from stash. The issue is at the end of the raid, this can happen.
Further investigation with my friends lead us to understand the game auto splits the equipment at the end of the raid and if your inventory doesn't have a slot for the incoming split, it will lead you to losing everything. I have a clip of the raid and the error. Apparently if i click return to lobby i will lose all my stuff, that's what we found in testing.

The conclusion is as long as 1 in your team has gone over the equipment cap of something, for example 3 EMP or 3 Frag Grenades in their equipment slot, the game will try to split the excess 1 into your inventory, but when the inventory is full at the end of a raid and there is no space, the error ensues.
This can be easily abused with people you don't know, griefing their entire inventory since the only option is to return to lobby and lose everything...
