Voice Comms Not Working

I have been playing since launch and participated in the server slam. My voice comms have worked since but tonight they do not. Proximity chat works. I do have custom key binds across most, if not all, key binds... but I have ensured that they all are set and work properly since this report. I do not use open mic, I use push to talk. I am an ESDF player, my voice comm push-to-talk setting is set to CAPSLOCK and proximity to Y. As far as I can see, the key bind (or maybe feature) for comms radial does not work. I have that set to LEFT CTRL. Voice comms is toggled on, proximity chat is toggled on, and the inputs and outputs are set to their correct devices. I have tested my mic outside of the game, and in other games and it works.
