extraction failed

we were at the locked extract inside pinwheel. The extract successfully counted down both timers were at zero, and then it stated that we died after it said run complete, all 3 lost everything we had, I had a 25 k back pack and have a video showing exactly what I had and what happened.
March 17th 2026 7pm central time
all I can say is to re-create the problem is that getting out through the locked extract in pinwheel after the final extract timer counts down to zero

Thank you very much for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that your extraction failed despite having seemingly exfilled successfully. We've taken note of this detailed report and will continue investigating the underlying issue.
KingDjango8766 did a run on perimeter and was successful, but sadly, I ended up in an infinite loop, where it said that I never successfully extracted, it said either continue the run or return to the menu and get nothing. So I couldn't return to the run so i got nothing.
is there nothing to say about the loot lost, it’s okay if not, just genuinely curious, i’m sure you have logs of what we had @bungiesupport, all love, love the game, just curious if you plan on returning loot for the people that went thru this, seen more then one post about it
