Game crashes after sign in post 1.04

Ever since last week's update, game either freezes on black screen after signing in from the title screen, or just crashes. Reinstalling the game, updating CPU and GPU drivers, and verifying game integrity haven't fixed this problem.

This issue didn't exist during server slam, or the first week after release. 

PC Specs:

Processor    AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor                3.59 GHz
Installed RAM    16.0 GB
Storage    932 GB HDD WDC WD10JPVX-60JC3T0, 224 GB SSD CT240BX500SSD1
Graphics Card    NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 (8 GB)
