  We understand you're experiencing a visual issue when you experience a loss in the solo queue. Having reviewed the provided screenshots, this does seem odd. Before we investigate, could you kindly clarify the following:

  • Does this only happen with specific levels or shells? Or is it always reproduced if you play solo and your run ends in an elimination?
  • The approximate date and time you first noticed this issue with.

  Hey there!

  The issue was triggered after a loss in solo queue on the Dire Marsh map (approximately at 3:40 PM EST on 3/17/26).

  After that match—when the character loads into the main menu—a duplicate runner shell appeared alongside the original. This visual issue was persistent in both the main menu and ready-up screens, regardless of the chosen runner shell.

  Note that after solo queueing again on Dire Marsh and experiencing another loss, the visual issue was resolved.
