Bug Report: Cant get poison from the "plants"

When i walk into these poison shrooms or whatever they are they still release their spores but it doesnt give me the poison effect.
I tried this on outpost and perimeter but neither of them worked.

Its currently 8pm UTC+1 the 17th of march after the update dropped and thats when the problem occured.
