We can confirm the team has received reports of crashes of this nature and is looking into the situation. That said, you could try the following potential solutions in the meantime, which some players have reported success with:
Thanks for replying, that was quick.
1. I was running an older NVIDIA driver and I updated to a new one. I tried a clean install as I assumed that will help, no luck there.
2. I'll try updating Windows (although I hate the fact that windows has not being kind to us with its shenanigans)
3. I don't specifically use any antivirus software. As for Windows Defender, I checked if EA AntiCheat or EasyAnticheat had some conflicts with Battle Eye, that's not the case.
I understand its a bit complicated with updates so I shall wait. If I do find a solution, I'll share it here. Thanks
Hello everyone, I fixed it.
Thank you InFamousKID for this log dump as I dont have it on my PC and it told me enough to resolve the issue.
Please update your BIOS and Intel ME via ME Update Tool assuming you are running Intel CPU. I dont use AMD so I cant help there.
The issue might also be with undervolting your CPU, I did not test it yet as I have put all my BIOS settings to default and just enabled XMP/EXPO
Game works now.
Also thanks to Alex for pin-pointing the issue. It is with intel management engine. Please update your intel management engine to fix the issue.
