100% CPU USAGE.
I open my game and my cpu immediately goes to 100% i have 32.0GB of ram AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700F, 2100 Mhz, 12 Core(s), 20 Logical Processor(s) i get into game and i am constantly 70 fps ive tried every fix and there is no fix please fix optimization
