My gamer tag still says “redacted” as my name

My gamer tag still reads as “redacted” instead of my long standing gamer name “Greatt-Nuss”. I have submitted a previous ticket regarding this issue and nothing has been done to rectify this problem created by you and your dev team. When can I expect this issue to be resolved. Last time this happens it took months to fix this issue and all you guys did was hand out name tokens. And why has it taken so long to address this issue on your end? Please provide me with honest feedback so I know what to expect in the future. As a content creator itnlooks awkward for me to stream with the name “redacted” instead of my long standing gamer name.
