Codex Challenge bugged Assassin

Codex quest - Be on the brink of death and revive both teammates.
Both teammates full killed, solo fought a rook, rook knocked me. I self revived, killed his ass, revived my 2 teammates from box.

How the fuck more dead do I have to be to get this challenge???
You can't full die and then revive your teammates, I should have had this and should have the assassin mastery skin by now. Super cringe :/

If it's that they both have to be alive, then your wording is just terrible on these. Not to mention none of the codex challenges having any explanation of terms. It would be forgivable if you didn't hold people's hands for the quests. 

So what EXACTLY is this codex challenge, if it's not pick yourself up off your own ass (brink of death) and revive your teammates, is it that they can't be boxed? If anything getting them from that point is even more of a challenge...
