Bug: “DCON DATA TRANSFER” Codex Entry Not Unlocking Properly
In the attached screenshots, you can clearly see an issue with my Codex entry for “DCON DATA TRANSFER.”
Although the progress is displayed as 1/1, the entry itself is not clickable or accessible. Additionally, the icon above indicates 0/1, suggesting that the objective is still incomplete, yet there is no way to obtain or interact with it.
This inconsistency appears to prevent proper completion tracking and blocks progression toward achieving 100%.
I would greatly appreciate it if this issue could be investigated and resolved, as it currently interferes with full completion of the game.
