Twitch Linking from dead accounts
I linked a Twitch account to my Bungie account years ago, but that Twitch account has since been deleted for personal reasons. Now I’m stuck in a situation where Bungie keeps prompting me to sign in to that old, inactive Twitch account in order to unlink it, which obviously isn’t possible.
I’ve already tried reaching out to support, but they haven’t been able to help since I didn’t make any purchases through Twitch. To make matters more confusing, I originally thought my rewards were tied to my current Twitch account, but that doesn’t seem to be the case.
At this point, I’m worried that my rewards might be permanently inaccessible and that I won’t be able to link a new Twitch account at all. Has anyone else dealt with this issue or found a workaround?

Thank you for reaching us about your issue.
Unfortunately, You will need to work with twitch to recover your old account as we can't force unlink any accounts under our policy: https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/35597981889300-Notice-Bungie-net-Account-Unlinking-Update-on-March-25-2025
I also want to add my Twitch account is claiming its connected to my Bungie account. Meanwhile my Bungie account is not displaying that twitch account, but the old one.
Hello, I am not trying to be difficult but Twitch is also claiming its on your end as they no longer have the account and should not be pulling it.
I just got off with twitch and they said they cannot reactivate the account under their policy.
