Premium Key card template didn’t populate key card
While doing a solo run I exfield with a freshly crafted premium key card and once I exfilled I had no key in my inventory and the template was gone as well

this has also happened to me on ps5. I also had a matter fixer item on me at the same time.
when I extracted the key was never forged and it disappeared.
