Still haven't received first two Twitch Drops

I have received the latest batch of Twitch Drops from the Tau Ceti Cup but still have not received any of the things from the two previous ones with the cat or worm themed items. 

What information can I provide so this can be looked into?

    I am still missing:

    • White & Purple Weapon
    • Graffiti Bingus Sticker
    • GraffitiBingus Background
    • Graffiti Bingus Emblem
    • Twitch Engine Weapon Skin
    • GLOWworm Weapon Sticker
    • WEAVEworm Background
    • SMILEYworm Emblem & Kit

    All of them show as claimed on my Twitch page, but only the Tau Ceti Cup rewards are visible in game for me

    Hello! Today I seem to have *almost* all my Twitch drops but am still missing the Weaveworm Background
