Dying to Exfil while withing time limit

Hey there,

first time it happened i thought i got bugged out / disconnected at an inopportune time or ran out of time, but it happened again;
while being within the time limit...

I died to extraction and lost everything AGAIN
HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE
Why does an exfil point - that's supposed to exfil you ALIVE, kill you!?

This is outside of my control, i did what the game expects - i got punished for it.
I want my time back.

Do i need to record every game now so i can have even the slightest chance of getting my time back?
Even if i did; i wouldn't even get paid to beta test these edge cases....

Man, i am royally pissed that it happened twice already. 
Extrapolating from 38h of game time, i can expect it another 2-3 times until i reach 100h of gametime, right?

Please fix. :(
