Eliminated After Successful Extraction

  • Description of Issue - Extracted at Crew Exfil at North Relay near end of match Successfully but end of mission screen shows eliminated and loot is lost. 
  • Rough Date and Time of issue - 3/16/2026 Approximately 4:06pm
  • Repro steps - Crew Exfil is initiated at 0:02 (Button Hold Completed). After match timer reaches 0:00 the Device Animation completes with the check mark about 1 second after (0:01-). At the same time, the Final Exfil goes Online and 1 minute timer counts down starts. At the end of the match when the game timer reached 0:00, the crew exfil Matter Transfer was still at 0:05.

    We have received reports of players occasionally experiencing similar behavior from exfils. At this time, we're looking into these reports. We have taken note of your report and will be sure to include it in our investigation.

    • Description of Issue - Dying AFTER the exfil hits zero
    • Rough Date and Time of issue - 17/03/2026 Around 12:30am 
    • Repro steps:  I was knocked but it's the same principal, the timer hit zero and I died right after.
