stuck uesc credential keycard made me lose everything

I just cleared the entire lobby solo in oupost, was on my way out from commander wing when I killed the boss and the uesc keycard which is suppose to let me out gets STUCK in the floor so I loose my entire gear (full purple) and 15000 in value collected this round!

Why is this even a thing? Can I get my stuff back!?
