Redacted name, ARG codes not redeemable, missing LUX and Twitch drops not deleivered

Hi there,

Firstly, yes, everything is connected correctly between Bungie.net, Twitch, Microsoft ect ect

I have successfully redeemed heaps of D2 codes + Twitch drops in the past

Since the Server Slam, my original Bungie.net name did not carry over correctly and I was named Redacted0689. In an attempt to rectify this myself I changed my name to Redacted0001, although I am still Redacted0689 (name given to me in error) in game.

I am missing all Twitch drops including one for a paid subscription. Everything is linked correctly, accounts provided to Bungie in a support ticket also

After doing one of the Discord ARGs I received 2 Discord messages providing codes for an emblem and background and although I am able to redeem the codes, I cannot redeem the emblem or background, instead I get an error saying "If you have a Marathon account, let us know" images attached.

Ive attached the errors I received above, directly after redeeming the code I get Error 2019 and the 5005 error is when redeeming from the Rewards History page, asking me to let you know that I have a Marathon account

I have also purchased the $10 LUX option before the price update and have not received the free 20 LUX that was announced. 

Its like Bungie doesn't know this account exists
