[LD][Stuck] Getting stuck in a lockdown room if caugth by the red barrier mid escape or entry

- Description of Issue - If the player trips the alarm wire in lockdown rooms, there is a delay before all exits are closed. Rush to exit = player who is in the doorway/hatch when the red barrier appears gets stuck there, unable to move.

Repro steps:
1. Go into the lockdown room on any map, e.g. Dire Marsh AI Uplink.
2. Trip a laser inside to trigger lockdown
3. Run into the exit doorway or ladderway (as in the video)
4. Wait for the red barrier to appear on top of you in the doorway, ladderway hatch. - LINKS: YouTube Video Link
