Stuck at level 30 Cyac
Please help. Am I missing something? I can't earn anymore rep, I can't complete Capstone upgrades and can't complete the last three VIP upgrades because they are locked.

To reach VIP rank you need to claim all the rewards. You currently have 21 levels worth of unclaimed rewards.
