Marathon TOS specification + LACK OF SUPPORT TICKET

Both in the Marathon Help section and in the Bungie TOS section, nothing specifies that Crosshair X is prohibited. It says specifically:
3. Using third-party apps to insert code into the game client.
4. Abusing external accessibility tools.

So I am making this post just to confirm whether using Crosshair X on Marathon is bannable or not. 
I apologize if this post seems dumb, I just want to be 100% sure rather than just assume one or the other.

Side note: I am making this post here because for some reason ALL support tickets are disabled, and the discord has 0 OFFICIAL information nor ticket options. This is the page that you get when trying to directly contact support.
