Permemant Toxin Debuff - Frozen Debuff Timer

- Description of Issue - When doing the Unsanctioned Hostilities Step 4/5, it requires you go to the farthest chamber in Command Wing on Outpost and kill a Commander. When the enemies appear, toxic gas fills the lower area of the map and the whole team got poisoned but survived through it and cleared the enemies. As the toxic gas was starting to clear, one teammate jumped down and got hit by the poison and went down but when we revived him, he said he had a toxic debuff stuck at 16 seconds. Since we had no Mechanic Kits to clear it, he went down over and over and we had to leave him behind since the Toxin never stopped downing him.
- Rough Date and Time of issue - 3/15/26, around 1:15am PST
- Repro steps - Not able to reproduce since I completed that step of the contract and cannot trigger the Command Wing toxic gas to reappear.

This just happened to me as well after running pinwheel and lost a significant amount of gear. My toxin debuff was frozen at 17 seconds and the timer would not change even after 15+ revives. Please fix this, I just totally wasted my time doing an entire run and get screwed over for this bug.
