I cant open the game

I bought the game and it just wont open, i saw others posting about the same issue and all we got is this bot thanking us for reporting it, i want my money back or issue solved please. Cant even write a ticket i have to publicly post about this. When i open the game. BattlEye says Updating... Launching... And then nothing happens

    We can confirm the team has received reports of crashes of this nature and is looking into the situation. That said, you could try the following potential solutions in the meantime, which some players have reported success with:

    • If you recently installed any new driver update, please try reinstalling the update in question. Alternatively, you can try going back to a previous driver version if you are comfortable doing so.
    • You can go to Settings -> System -> Recovery -> Fix problems using Windows Update to see if that helps. 
    • Ensuring that both BattlEye and Marathon are whitelisted by your antivirus software could also have an effect, though it seems you've already looked into similar settings.
